They are running outside by design about 5 times per game so far (6 vs Houston)
That is probably a bit less than they did  in many games last year. So - for those scrambling to blame Press Taylor for everything, I guess they could lament he calls inside runs a few times more per game than Doug did, LOL.  (it's like the only part of our game working, but, whatever) 

They do have some creative blocking dialed up for the inside stuff at times, but unfortunately it seems to be just one more thing for this offensive line to screw up. ETN has been making lemonade of the blocking lemons he was saddled with.

According to PFF, the run blocking has actually been pretty good.  Just something to chew on while you are widdling the next straw man you'll throw my way.

I'm not sure why it's such an offense to you to point out that running 1st down on every single down in the first half isn't the best strategy, to the point of resorting to insults and making up false assertions.  I would just assume most football fans realize that being predictable on offense isn't the best strategy...  I mean, even though ETN was doing a great job with the plays he was asked to run, we ended the first half with 0 points...  I would say that being predictable helped contribute to our ineffectiveness.  Yes, the drops also killed us.  But the predictability didn't help, either.
