While I understand we could get a guy(s) later, I think that the possible combo of Watkins and Blackmon is very exciting. We can also look at this another way, We need a legit receiver that scares defenses. Cecil Shorts is just a guy, he is ok but really just another body. If we take Sammy then it would allow us to not be concerned with the Blackmon issue, so he would be a luxury for us when he plays. As good as AJ Green is, do you think if given the chance the Bengals would take Patrick Peterson, Aldon Smith or JJ Watt instead?
