I refuse to listen to the weak e excuse that we can't throw deep because the O-Line.  We were throwing deep last year.  And I already showed that least year's O-Line rated very similar to this years O-Line.

2 seconds is plenty of time for a QB like Lawrence.  The TD pass to Ridley on Sunday (which he dropped) was thrown within 2 sends - and Trevor put it right on the money!!!!!!!!  So stop with this stupid notion that our O-Line isn't good enough to allow WRs to get deep.  Additionally, as the defense realizes that the offense has potential to go deep they back  off more.  Finally, Trevor proved last year that if the fly route wasn't there, he was more than capable of finding Engram, or Kirk, in the slot or a crossing route.

I'm just so sick of this weak argument.  We can go deep.  We need to go deep.  Playing the game within 10 yards is killing us.

LOL

they ARE taking shots - they just aren't getting enough protection to take the (probably silly) number you want them to take

You can be sick of cold hard facts staring you in your face all you want, but it doesn't change the fact that out crap o-line is negatively affecting our passing game at times. It is. You're gonna have to accept that eventually.

It isn't killing us, and it isn't going to keep us from taking shots, but you can bet your [BLEEP] that our staff is going to be smart about not getting Trevor killed. We're totally screwed if he goes down.

For all those currently breathing in a paper bag. flgatorsandjags posted a breakdown of TL's plays.  It should be required watching for these guys.

Best comment I heard was on 1010. It was said because of the line situation it has caused the "speed up" of the plays called and TL's internal clock. I do hope these guys complaining are not suggesting he take the same tack as Burrows did when he  got knocked out.
