I literally randomly picked a game replay from last year (week 12) and fast forwarded through our offense drives and boom, third series, bubble screen.

Sometimes DBs and LBs make good plays reading screens. Is what it is. No need to turn it into something else.

Running 1 bubble screen every game or so in 2022 is NOTHING like running 5 every game for 4 straight games, Grampa Taylor...

It's OK, grandson. 

I don't expect a youngblood like you to understand that bubble screens are typically robust in offenses that run mesh concepts. Or that Pederson is historically one of the best in the business with his use of TE and Receiver screens. Or that we had and have an RPO play in our playbook that gives Trevor the option of handing off, throwing a bubble screen, throwing a slant, or keeping it. 

Just take the word of an OG on this one.

Just look at how we spread out our WRs.  Look at how we run ETN.  There's a proper screen play called early too.  But it's not a bubble screen.  It's real, misdirection scren.

That's what we did last year.  And this giants game wasn't even our best game. 

Compare the highlights here to what we've seen in the 4 game of this year...  And if you think it's the same, it's not me that's on drugs, Mr. Taylor.
