This is the second "source" I'm seeing this from but it could be copied from somewhere else. Who knows these days. There is nothing on the official White House website that I can find. 

As much as this administration screws things up I cannot imagine they would do this. I do know Poland sent a C-130 to get its citizens out of there but were fired upon when entering Israeli airspace so it didn't work out. No one is able to leave at this point due to interference at the airport and the borders.
