The right has its fair share of utopian ideas, too, like the war on terror. Anything that doesn't allow breathing room for the natural predation that falls in this broken world is an attempt to achieve utopia, and you don't undo solid, successful practices to eliminate anomalies. It will result in tyranny.

I would gladly tell you why you're wrong in person but I can't address this one without crossing the line to religion.

The basic point is we define utopianism differently.  Today in America there are no Trotskys or Robespierres among us.  Our hopes of improving society are moderate and in check.  Our problem today is animosity towards each other.

This is because you don't actually stay up to date with philosophy. You don't know what you're talking about. These ideals are being implemented in almost every workplace through DEI training and ESG scores. That doesn't fall out of the sky. It's not an organic movement. You say it isn't governments responsibility to monitor that, but the same people who have bought our politicians to roll out these policies are simultaneously funding a media complex that regurgitates the proper talking points. This is all in the name of utopia. Not for us, mind you (even though that's what they claim), but for the stakeholders.

The Great Reset is a book by Klaus Schwab. You think it's a conspiracy, because you aren't actually well informed (like you believe yourself to be). He runs the WEF. He was a student of Kissinger, who believed strongly in the idea of a new world order. These are based on utopian ideals, and what do we have to show for it? Rising prices, less freedom of mobility in the form of higher rent and housing costs, and a war-torn turbulent world.

How do they do this? Glad you asked... just kidding, you're too stone headed to ask the right questions and your cognitive bias keeps you from actually integrating new information into your world view, but I'll tell you anyways. The WEF is pushing DEI and ESG on governments worldwide:

The diversity backlash is underway. Here’s how to resist it | World Economic Forum (weforum.org) (and they say there's no they)

They control MSM by making GARM, which punishes any mainstream outlet that speaks on off topic subjects. They control 90% of the ad revenue dollars, meaning that media companies are competing for their dollars. There's no such thing as independent, mainstream journalism or they would go bankrupt.

They groom and support politicians who push their agendas. Do you have any idea how many politicians have attended WEF training? These people go to this training specifically to gain WEF support and connections, and come out often preaching the same message as the organization wants to present. These people get extra airtime, huge donations, and are expedited up the political ladder in every country the WEF has influence. Does this mean they are all puppets? Not necessarily. It does increase the likelihood they share the same narrative, though. That's how they get to the top.

Meet the young leaders set to shape 2020 | World Economic Forum (weforum.org)

I could literally spend hours on this, but it's a waste of time. The average moderate on this board (which, imo, is reflective of the US as a whole), is too comfortable and naive to address these issues and see what they are going to do for Americans. Hint: it's nothing. These policies are killing everything that made us successful. They are going to funnel our money up to people who will never have to change their lifestyle, while we become consumers if we're lucking and producers if we're not. American independence will be brought to its knees. Central digital currency is next.

Unelected elites, promising the world a new future, while they take their resources, stay fat and happy, and destroy our way of life. Great job, Stone Head.
