I'm sure if they arrested everyone in the vicinity of Michael Brown in exchange for their testimony he was a violent criminal, we'd all be ok with it. None of the bleeding heart simpletons would raise an objection. I said this is why they used the RICO law in the first place. One Harvard professor estimated that the average American citizen could be prosecuted for 3 felonies a day, depending on the level of scrutiny.
