Lol. No. Obviously they didn't. The point is that you can put people in the vicinity of a crime on trial to in an attempt to get a desired verdict. The law is perfectly capable of being exploited.

You guys believe there was a crime. People are being overcharged and taking plea deals to save time and money. They are being asked to testify against Trump. I will be shocked if any of this testimony actually incriminates him in anything. It's being used as headline fodder to drive a false narrative. We'll see when all these "testimonies" come out. Unless someone says he was intentionally lying to perpetuate electoral fraud, this is all just a trial of public opinion (which the MSM directly sways the results, especially to those who are not capable of challenging what they are told to believe).
