One is a journeymen backup on his 3rd team with 4 starts/7 games played so far. The other is "the franchise", and the best QB in the NFL to some of you. One was a 6th rounder, the other was picked 1st overall. Clearly, Trevor is the superior QB, I am not saying he isn't, but we can't pretend he's some super god tier QB when you are getting outplayed in the redzone by a journeymen backup on a 3 win team. For fun, this is what Burrow looks like inside the 20, who is having a rough start to the year due to injury.

There is no denying that Trevor is more or less just getting us close, and when we need a score the ball is out of his hands, I don't consider that elite, especially when your back has 7 tds vs 9 from your QB. Ouch.

Uh, what? One of my main arguments has always been good between the 20s and he struggles to show up in the redzone. It's why I don't see  him as an elite passer. How can you claim I am moving the goal posts when you want to wait until next year requiring a "just you wait and see" to prove a point? Somehow I am the goal post mover here... k.
