Agreed 100%.  I was just saying that because he says that about anything that ends up great for us lol.  Baalke is a beast when it comes to FA and trades like you say.

ETN we've discussed why we were extremely lucky. In the Williams case we got a guy who plays better in a more important position than what Baalke thought he could play, yet you want Baalke to get praise for being wrong and falling into it.

Do you remember what overspending in free agency did to the early team in the 90s? Great that we have really good free agent acquisitions, but you cannot sustain that kind of spending for long. 

Bartch on the PS was 101 stuff and I said Tuesday that's what would likely happen. 

I get that you two don't understand the economics of football but these fortunate outcomes off mistakes are rare. That's why we've sucked for 20 years and if we grow to depend on them now then we're going to have a hard fall.
