Weird. Go back and watch the last three games. Compare his play to the guy standing on his left. It is night and day.

And that's his choice - if he wants to test his viability in the tackle market this offseason.

Still a good deal for us to get depth at guard and tackle for a playoff run at the price of a 6th rounder. 

OL has been an issue all year. No guarantee Scherff makes it the distance without (another) injury, we don't know yet how effective Little is playing guard. (all we've seen is preseason and 1 series in a reg game) 

 Bartch and Shatley have both been bad, so now they have real options to solidify the interior line post bye. 

If it's never more than that, I'll take it gladly.

I'm not bashing him, he's just got a contract that makes him a likely cut this next season. He's a really good player, but he's going to be 32 and plays through nagging injuries every year; that stuff takes a toll.
