Trust in his receivers. He just let's the ball loose and his recievers run their route to the ball. For some reason Trevor has zero trust. He holds the ball waiting for them to get visibly open rather than trust they will complete their route and be open.

Maybe it has something to with them constantly fumbling the ball in the red zone and being top 10 in drops this year. Maybe it has to do with the fact that they knock the ball in the air for INTs which he then gets blame for.
