Yes, but Bigsby only ran for 2,903 yards (5.4 yards per carry) in college with 25 TDs whereas ETN ran for 4,952 (7.2 yards per carry) with 70 TDs.  Additionally, Bigsby had 448 yards receiving with 0 TDs whereas ETN had 1,155 yards receiving and 8 TDs.

ETN had his share of fumbles as you presented nicely in your referenced links but he's a proven talent.  Bigsby appears to be in the big crowd of "good" college RBs so he really can't afford the mistakes, given RBs of his caliber are pretty much a dime a dozen in the NFL.

Yes, ETN is better than Tank, I am not saying that.  Now since you brought it up....  ETN's numbers are for 4 years, Tank's 3,  Tank played behind one of the historically worst O-lines in the SEC on a team where alums were doing everything they could to burn the program down.  ETN, played in the ACC on a stable team behind a championship level O-line. 

The Jags selected him in the 3rd round instead of the IDL or IOL I would have preferred so they have seen something. We need to let this play out. The normal for a rookie is what NYC4jags described above. Besides seems they didn't need Tank to botch plays the last few games to kill drives did they?
