We all want to see better production but play calling and play design will only do so much when the guys up front are getting beat so badly.

I'm sure there are some worthy adjustments to be made, but the amount of help that provides may be very limited vs the better defenses, IMO.

I'm not smarter than Doug and Press, but I'm light years more intelligent than Baalke. Hell, most you all are too. My dog probably is, mammals are pretty much all more intelligent than snakes.

Our problem is weak personnel, coaching and scheming only help so much against that problem and we might've already seen all they can do this season. Which, in fairness, if this team finishes up with 11 wins it will still be a successful season. We aren't elite yet, but can be if we can solve this last personnel problem.
