This isn't correct.  If the teams are in different divisions, their division record isn't part of the criteria.  the below is the criteria for ranking teams from different divisions (either division winners getting home field priority or for wild card teams from different divisions).  If both teams win out Dolphins and Jags would tie on conference games but jags would come out ahead on common games.

Head-to-head, if applicable.
Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.
Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games, minimum of four.
Strength of victory in all games.
Strength of schedule in all games.
Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed in all games.
Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed in all games.
Best net points in conference games.
Best net points in all games.
Best net touchdowns in all games.
Coin toss.

That's listed as WC tie breaking procedure, IDK if that applies to the standard 1-4 seeds. It could. 

Either way, win out (beating Baltimore in the process) and we'd have a one game lead anyway
