It does and he's correct. It's in point 3 of the Other Tie Breakers section. Previously they used division record for each tied team against their own divisions. I guess they removed that step at some point.

Ah I see it now down towards the bottom, I missed that part. Thanks for clarifying it up.

As it stands now, our WC round game would be against Indy lol
