While Clemson would be considered a natural partner to join the B1G with FSU & push it to 20 teams, there's an issue...

Clemson is not currently in the AAU, an academic benchmark that is considered very important to B1G membership.

Instead, it's expected that the B1G would prefer Miami for their 20th school, or even Notre Dame

Clemson may end up being relegated to the Big-12 or WORSE"
