All ballots were paper ballots.  The paper ballots were hand counted 3 times.  The image files were made, kept for over a year, then some files were lost. How long were they supposed to keep them for?

Per law, they have to keep the images, just like they have to keep the ballots. They have no clue where these ballots came from or how they were counted since images don't exist.

The second issue you brought up has already been admitted in court that they didn't perform a hand recount of the ballots per the law. You should stay current on what actually happened instead of relying on the media to tell you.
