The left passed campaign finance laws.  The conservatives on the court ruled these laws infringed on free speech.  The left passed anti corruption laws.  The court overturned convictions and effectively nullified those laws.  The left passed certain health care mandates and labor protections.  The conservative court reduced the scope of these mandates due to religious freedom concerns. In each case the left cried "judicial overreach". Did the conservative court get these rulings wrong?

Regardless, are these not all examples of the checks and balances of the constitution working? Even if you don't like the outcome?
