17,000 are the ones for the current case in the news, they are in addition to the 4,000 below

<4,000 are the duplicates from the limited amount they have been able to review and have been admitted to being scanned more than 1 time

~170,000 are the ones that they are refusing to allow to be reviewed and the ballot images were deleted I think on those

No - I'm not confusing a damn thing.

Three different articles that fact checked Steve Bannon's claims and Trumps ensuing posts following the Guliani verdict in Georgia all provided me with these numbers. 

The funny thing about right wing lies concerning these numbers of fraudulent ballots is that they are just like fishing stories. The claims about fraudulent ballots just get bigger and bigger - but those numbers from the reviewed counts and investigations always come back the same. And I did not confuse them.
