I mean, even Trevor Lawrence mentioned it twice last night in his presser.  "We look like we don't even practice during the week".

And it's true.  This team is not being coached up like it was last year.  Doug decided to take this year off and let his boy run the show.  And this team has gotten worse week after week.  This Tampa Bay team are not world beaters, and they made us look like we're the Carolina Panthers.

Again, the O-Line has been bad all year.  But the rest of offense is getting worse week after week.  They aren't being coached they way they were last year, and it shows.  It's been showing for a while, but now it's pretty obvious.

And to be honest, the way Lawrence talked about how pathetic the offense looked, Doug may be losing the locker room already.  After last year, we all assumed Lawrence would be making another leap in his development this year.  And instead, he's become an absolute turnover machine.  You can blame some of that on the O-Line, sure.  But the picks he's thrown were not under duress.  Most of his picks are because of his regression as a QB.  That falls on Press and the coaches as well as Trevor himself.  

It's just not good enough play calling.  It's just not good enough offensive game planning.  And it's clearly not good enough coaching/mentoring.  The execution is bad as well.  I'm not sure if it's possible to turn this thing around.  But man, the Panthers game is going to say a lot about this team and particularly this coaching staff.
