Byron also played in a shotgun offense in college and had very little experience dropping back. He also had zero pocket presence. Not so much like Blaine who senses phantom pressure, because Byron did sense pressure. The problem was that rather than stepping up/stepping to the side of the pressure, Byron just stands tall and waits for the last possible second before throwing it..usually causing him to take a vicious hit.

 

You give Byron the pocket movement of Bridgewater and even with that wind-up motion he probably ends up a very good QB.
