Loyalty in and of itself is a good thing. But in some cases you have to be able to make the hard decisions. Considering Press has been with him since the beginning, Pederson obviously doesn’t have that ability.

That's because you think he should get rid of Taylor. Doug knows Taylor ain't the problem. We've been over this ad nauseum, the players simply aren't good enough because the GM blew his assessment of the lines. That's it, that's all of it. The team is weak in the trenches and no amount of coaching or play calling is going to change that.
