Engram set to become only the 2nd player in franchise history to catch 100 balls in a season, which is of course is future hall of famer Jimmy Smith who did it twice (1999, 2001).

With 98 receptions, Engram is just the 3rd player in franchise history to register 90 or more receptions in a single-season, along with McCardell and Smith. Keenan did it twice, Jim did it thrice.

The Jaguars are banged up, and will be without starting QB Trevor Lawrence for the first time in his Jaguars career. Beathard gets the nod.

The Jaguars are 0-3 in the last 3 meetings with the Panthers, and are 3-4 all-time. 1 win in the last 5 games vs Carolina.

The offense will need a big day from Evan Engram, who has had a season for the ages at the TE position. 2 more receptions will give him 100 on the season. He’s also picked up 38 first downs and needs just 2 more which would be another club record set for a TE. Brady had 39 first downs back in 2000.

Engram has more targets than any TE in the NFL and ranks #1 in receptions for Tight Ends. He ranks 7th overall in receptions  across the NFL.

Etienne needs 26 rushing yards to become just the 7th Jaguars player to rush for 2000 yards in a career. (Taylor, MJD, Stewart, Fournette, Brunell, Robinson). Etienne needs 151 yards to become the 3rd player to have 1,000 rushing yards in back to back seasons. Only Taylor and MJD have accomplished that.

Etienne has struggled on the ground with a 3.6 ypc average and his longest run this season is 35 yards. Etienne is 1 of only 4 backs in franchise history to catch 50 or more balls in a single season. (Fournette, MJD, Yeldon, Etienne). Note: Taylor had a 49 and 48 catch season but never fiddy.

Oluokun is leading the NFL in tackles for the 3rd consecutive season, his 2nd in a Jaguars uniform. He’s been ultra-productive and having an All-Pro type of year with 160 total tackles, 105 solo, 2.5 sacks, 3 FR, 8 TFL, 1 FF, 5 PD, and 8 QB Hits.

Allen is still hunting for the franchise record in sacks in a single-season, which is currently held by Calais Campbell with 14.5. Allen needs 1 to tie and 1.5 or more to set the record. Allen has a good chance to break the franchise sack record today because Young is the 2nd most sacked QB in the NFL behind Howell.

Over the last 2 seasons, no other player in the NFL has more Passes Defended than Darious Williams, who has 35 PDs during that span. Williams is currently 2nd in the NFL this season with 19. (Ward - 22)

Herndon and Jenkins are tied for 2nd on the team with 8.

A win would give the Jaguars their 198th win in the regular-season. That 200th regular-season win will have to wait until 2024.
