You all might think I'm crazy but I always thought Byron Leftwich had a great awareness of the game but was never given the opportunity to call his own plays.(or run an offense that was condusive ot his skillset -- shotgun w/ 3 or 4 WRs).
Teddy did make things look easy out there. Sometimes too easy by throwing the 5-10 yard routes but perhaps that's what the D gave him time and time again. |
