This was my gripe.  They were basically saying the regular season didn’t matter.  Why play the regular season?  Why not just pick your favorite four teams and play the playoffs?  FSU would absolutely have gotten their [BLEEP] kicked by any number of teams including some not in the final four.  But they EARNED the right to play in the playoffs whether they got their [BLEEP] kicked or not. (And I also have no allegiance to ANY college team)
