I am beginning to agree with the OP. With the recent comments about taking a look at Seattle and how they did it, the fact that we have been already following some of Seattle's strategy for the past year, the brass has been saying they are comfortable saying henne is the guy going into next season,  and I just read an article on the jaguars facebook page about how they believe that all the top QBs this draft are going to be a bit of a project, I am getting the feeling that a guy like Garoppolo could wind up being the mark. He has all the intangibles and is just about prototypical qb size, real quick release, the only knock ive seen is that his footwork needs some work and that is where the project part comes into play. Garoppolo is probably going to need a season to work on some things and get used to the better competition that he played at eastern illinois. i would be on board.
