The word "force" you are focused on is typical Mikey semantics. This is about taking away options, which ultimately compels people in a direction. There are currently 1.5 billion passenger cars. The WEF wants to eliminate two-thirds of those in 30 years. The GOAL is less options. Just like FSG said, they would have to stack people in cities to make that happen and wouldn't you know... it's on the agenda. Stop moving the goal posts, dog. The GOAL is clearly outlined.
