Shad has been an unbelievable owner from the standpoint of support for and loyalty to Jacksonville. My hope is that he judges and acts on Baalke's status quicker than he did on Caldwell's. As a boss in general, he appears to be an optimist in the employee and displays tremendous faith and loyalty in such individual. As a diehard fan with more of a quick trigger mentality, this trait of Shad's can be frustrating.
