Come on.  No one thought much of Quincy Williams when he was on the Jaguars.  Most people thought it was a bad pick.

Most didn't know who he was but liked the highlights tape he made of himself.  With that said, Baalke is a NFL GM, he should be the one that could see the talent but he couldn't.  It doesn't matter how us fans felt about the player, it never has.  He also isn't the size Baalke wants.  One could be be Ray Lewis and he's a inch undersized Baalke won't touch him.  Puka Nacua underwhelmed athletically yet just seen the rookie record for catches and yards.  Baalke wouldn't of touched him with a 10 ft pole even if he fell to a UDFA.
