Urban Meyer and Joe Cullen may have had as much to do with Quincy's dismissal as anyone as they switched to a 3-4 defense. 

Jets run a 4-3 that makes more sense for Williams size and traits. Plus he looked like crap in Wash's 4-3 early on.

I mean he came from a tiny school. His brother was all the rage that year. He was a project.

I think we are going back to 4-3 anyway. 3-4 kinda sucks.
