Just because someone makes comparisons doesn't equate to claiming the two people are clones.  All that says is that you've misunderstood his point.

 

That's why I get really, really tired of when folks make this mistake (whether intentional or not.)

 

Cam Newton was a one read QB in college (one key told him  to run or pass,) so he had no clue how to read defenses when he entered the NFL.

 

He's not saying he can become Cam Newton.  Not even close.  He's saying he can learn to read defenses just like Cam did.
