Yep.  That's why I still think the Jags take a pass rusher early in the draft.  If you want consistent pressure from a 4 man rush - you'll need a rotation of capable rushers and at least one big impact LEO.  Those who think the Clemons signing changed any draft strategy are kidding themselves, IMO.  

Bradley's scheme is predicated on pressure from a 4 man rush. The press coverage + roaming and robber safety play is a direct compliment to it - but requires the pressure up front to work effectively.
