Find someone on a street corner asking for money and offer him/her a job.  I think you'll discover copycat's information is quite current.

A good number of the homeless people I've dealt with (I give to homeless shelters and have volunteered there) are willing to sweep a sidewalk or wash windows for cash.  Many aren't really teachable to be good for much more than that, at least not in the short term, but after the bars close and the drunks go home a good number of them do earn some cash.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.
