The bolded statement above really needs to be emphasized as a player like AJ Bouye essentially had 1 good year as a Jaguars player so it's really hard for me to grasp him being on any top 30 list, except to the extent that you qualified your list be noting the duration as a Jags player didn't factor into this list.  Either that, or the Jags have simply sucked for 30% of their franchise existence, which is also true.
