Count me as one who is very high on Franklin. He combines blazing speed with good size (6'3"). The only knock on him is his lean frame, but he'd be a steal in round 2. My current favorites in round 2 are Franklin, Powers-Johnson and Sweat. All would be great additions at positions of need.
