Quote:Right. You contradicted yourself. You said he'd be there in the third or fourth then you said he'd be in high demand in a thin class. It's one or the other. Can't be both. Duh.No contradiction, that's a quote you have highlighted from the guy pretending to be a real NFL scout. He wrote the descriptions at NFL.com The third or fourth is based on semi-scientific observation of these draft pick machines. They are becoming evil-spirited about maintaining appearances of their strange way of grading players and which team picks which player, and, with the addition of compensatory picks, all the players are in and out with the tide. Third round. fourth round. etc. The first-pick.com one might as well just pick the entire draft for everybody. You pick a player then you will never be able to replicate your draft because it seems to use previous draft attempts against you. To grade high you avoid a player with a low grade figuring he will still be there. When you click ahead he's either picked too soon or immediately prior to your next pick. I still wonder where all the click data they accumulate is going? It's virtually useless to anybody with scouting skills. No NFL team will draft based on a popularity poll. I say all this because I have drafted Fiedorowicz in the early third and got a "B -" and drafted him in the early fourth and got a "A-". Other times he's simply drafted by computer-generated assignment way early in the third, or early in the fourth. In the end the fun is sucked out of trying to draft and make high grades, so you just pick 'em regardless of what grade spits out.
