Should the team be penalized as in what? Losing draft picks? That's absurd. Being fined? Maybe. Should Irsay be suspended? Maybe.

 

The last two I can see as reasonable, however losing draft picks is ridiculous. Still doesn't make sense that Aldon Smith, who actually got in an accident, wasn't punished, but Irsay will be? I don't care what any of you say, that's not right IMO.
