Oh. And in Mannings 4th year, he had 4100 passing yards, 26 TDs and 23 interceptions. On his way to a 6-10 record.

Now before you get all hot and bothered, no, I'm not saying he is Peyton Manning. Even though people were very unsure of Manning in year 4, you could see the talent was there. Trevor had a down year. No one is arguing that he was amazing. But if you can't see that everything is there for him and this team to be good, then I don't know what to say. 

He's had 2 head coaches and 3 different OCs in 3 years.
