It's against NCAA rules not THE LAW. I am saying change the rule and you wouldn't have this union talk, which a union would be so much worse for the college athletics than players taking money from boosters, autographs, commercials, etc. (some of which already goes on anyway).
 

It is illegal. Your argument is exactly the same.
