I think a South Pacific scouting trip is in order. Go to Hawaii, American Samoa, Fiji, and all islands in between. Recruit the biggest, meanest road grading Samoans that are currently on this planet. 6'5' 350 lb are the minimum specs required. Sign em, bring em home, coach em up, and unleash them on the rest of the league. The sort of line that even Tank Bigsby could get 90 to 100 ypg behind.

If the running game could improve to middle of the pack, the pass blocking would improve just by the sheer amount of respect that would have to be taken into consideration with the running game.

It would open up shorter down situations and something that we all know Lawrence can REALLY thrive off of and that's the play action game. Virtually every time this kid gets a very limited opportunity to work off a successfully blocked play action design he has big play ability downfield.

It was completely suffocated out of the play book last year. Etienne is also too good of a player to be limited to just a pair of 100 yard rushing games on the year. That was a somber statistic as well in and of itself.

ETN needs to take a lesson from little bro Trevor and start bouncing his runs outside when there is no hole to go thru. He thinks he's Mike Alstott/Eddie George/Larry Czonka when hes actually Chris Johnson/Mercury Morris.  Running up the backs of your O line is never a formula for success.
