Let us hope

Sounds logical BUT this is likely his last big pay on a multiple year deal so I say he goes to whomever extends the biggest offer; provided that offer is at least 20% more than what the Jags may be offering.  The good news is that the teams that have highly paid QBs are unlikely to make any significant offering to Ridley.
