What it was Doug's ZBS scheme and Doug's targeted measurables that led Baalke to select the linemen he selected thus far? Was it both of them? Was it one guy's tactical error? Or both? 

Whatever dialogue is happening between Doug and Trent right now regarding how they will proceed in addressing that group is the absolute lynchpin to unlocking this offense IMO. 

Whichever one of them went too far down the path of "athleticism" in their OL targets (or both of them) must come to the table ready to alter course. 

No more "finesse" at the expense of being able to grind out a 3rd and 1 with a run up the gut. That philosophy must come to a screeching halt.
