Not all debt is bad IMO. It's all about leverage.

Owning your home outright at 35 is more leverage than you'll ever need, nothing "potential" about it.

Took me longer than 35.. Almost 50 but finally own my home and vehicle, outright. 

My Xfinity bill is the highest bill I have.

But that might be true for a lot of people, even with mortgages lol
