Clearly they see opportunity in this offseason FA crop and draft class to upgrade the position or they wouldn't be doing this.

Note: Josh Allen is not a lineman. If we consider him a lineman then Travon Walker is as well, and he does not suck. Neither does Smoot who played well again after his injury. Neither is Hamilton, but he had a debilitating illness that cost him the season. We need A defensive tackle who can push the pocket and A defensive tackle who can eat double teams and stop the run. Both can be had this offseason between free agency and the draft.

It seems like we have a lot of needs this offseason. Corner, DT, C, OG, WR. We need first-rate talent at all of those positions. It seems unlikely we will get all of those filled in one offseason. That's why I would make it a 2-year rebuild, with emphasis on fixing OL this offseason.
