I know that's all speculation and I'm not saying I think that's what happened in any way, I just hope that wasn't the reason. If they weren't sold on Ridley that's fine. 

I think they'll sort a long term deal like we did with Engram a month or two down the line where he gets paid pretty damn well.

I think they'll bid on him in free agency and Ridley may even give the Jags first right of refusal to match whatever his best offer is.
