Parker Washington looks like a late round steal as a slot guy and possesion receiver that can also return kicks/punts. Not sure if he has any upside as a WR2 or flanker/Z Receiver but he's only in his 2nd year. I think we should be spending mid round picks on the skill positions each year and keep drafting linemen early since the trenches is the more difficult area to replace

Agreed. Have always been a believer in drafting and getting the big guys early and then backfilling around that once you get to RD4 and later with skill positions. 

You don't have to do this EVERY year, but, it needs to be a foundational protocol that you follow until your starting core of six to seven (five lineman on offense and one or two interior lineman on defense) are competent, confident and consistent. 

You then add quality depth so you can keep moving and plugging away when and where needed. This should have been the approach from the giddy up the moment this franchise lucked itself into Trevor Lawrence. 

You get a generational talent, a winner, at the most premium and important position in this sport or any sport for that matter in general and you chose to build the complete opposite. It's now year four, and, well, you reap what you sow.

This SHOULD bother most fans, and it SHOULD rile up the hard working, loyal and season ticket owning fans. Because there's been countless, historical evidence of teams doing this and failing miserably. With two teams doing this within our division.

The clots did this to Andrew Luck.
