There's so much talent at the top, though, that a king's ransom isn't likely. It's also worth noting that if the Jaguars pass on Clowney, he could easily fall to Atlanta naturally. The Browns will almost certainly draft a QB, and while the Raiders might take Clowney, I think they'll be more interested in an offensive player like Watkins. The Falcons will know this, and given that Dimitroff and Caldwell spent years working together, there's a pretty good chance that the Falcons already have an idea as to who the Jaguars are leaning toward.
