You make a very good point when it comes to equivalence. I can't think of a way to meet in the middle. Draft pick is too severe IMO.

 

However, my point still stands as Aldon wasn't punished for actually getting in an accident, but Irsay will be? Even if owners should be held to a higher standard, the professional players should at least pay some price for it as well.
