I don't think he will post the bond initially. He wants a ruling on the amount first.

The order is for withdrawal of a letter that was “improperly filed”. Legalese tends to make my eyes cross so I’m not entirely sure of the intent of this order other than it’s procedural. I don’t think this is a stay on property seizures.

This story wasn't what everyone was saying. She filed the letter to basically leak it. Nothing happens to her and she got what she wanted. The appeals court may still rule against her but nothing has happened yet.
